Valentine's Day layout

I am back with another layout featuring a sketch from Scrap Much? I used the May 18th sketch for this layout:

I loved the banners along the bottom. Thanks for another fun sketch!
(sorry this looks a little too washed out- either it was this or too dull- I prefer brighter ;))
