fond memories

Today I am sharing a layout I created based on a sketch from the My Scraps and More Sketches blog- sketch #28, as well as for the Color Me Scrappy design team call color palette.

 
It is so hard to believe that these photos were taken 11 years ago. How quickly time flies. The two sweet girls in the bottom photo have been in the Navy for 3 years now (Kara has been in over 3, and Meghan, in the red will have 3 years in July), and Emily in the top photo graduates high school in less than two weeks. This is what I love most about scrapping; these photos bring back so many memories and as the girls look through these pages later they will have their own recollections and fond memories of times gone by.
