Happy June! I don't even know where May went- it passed by fast.
Before I share the full image of this project, I have to say that this project did not turn out as intended, but it's going to bring a lot of laughter and smiles, which in the end is even better and will be more welcomed than initially intended.
Our daughter Meghan recently left for a six-month deployment (she aboard the USS Essex) and I wanted to make a little something small for her to know that I am thinking of her while she is away, because even a 24-year old is never too old for a stuffie. She likes foxes, so that was my intention when creating this, but it ended up looking more like the Lorax than a fox. Bottom line is that she is going to receive even more joy from this silly thing than she would have with a plain old fox, so we named her LoFox. lol I can imagine her face and "hear" her laughter once she see's this when she opens her care package. I placed her strategically in the box so it will be the first thing she sees waving up at her. :)
