Hello! I'm back with another awesome sketch from Tuesday Morning Sketches!
This week is sketch #662:
The layout I created using this sketch definitely falls under the term "extremely loose interpretation" hahaha! I did manage to incorporate a large sentiment, so there's that, and three trees.
This one boggled me a bit, even though it's pretty straightforward- use 3 photos in lieu of the flowers and bam! a completed page, however, I struggled trying to make that happen with a couple different photo sets so in the end I decided to scrap it all (no pun intended) and focus on the sentiment.
I used a digital kit from ScrappinHappyStudios for the pp- minus the base paper which I cannot recall.
cut file is from Peartree Cutfiles.
That's the beauty of a sketch- it doesn't have to align perfectly to be inspirational- clearly I've demonstrated that. ;)
You've gotta check out the fabulous work from the team on the TMS blog! Also, please share your take on this sketch- we'd love to see it!
Until next week, I wish you well!
Great showcase for your pictures. I can see the sketch with the 3 sets of photos. Love that background paper.
ReplyDeleteHaha I loved your unintended pun!! The large sentiment worked great too - taking a cat for a walk is kinda cool and unique too!
ReplyDeleteI always love seeing your scrap pages... this is a great layout!
ReplyDeleteWhat a fun layout! Reminds me of the hiking/camping trips we did as kids in the Colorado Rockies.
ReplyDeleteWonderful take on the sketch!! Your layouts are always amazing!
