Happy New Year! Today not only brings a new year, it also brings a new challenge to The Studio Challenges blog; Today we challenge you to ...  Review of the Year - instead of looking forward to the new year ahead, I want you to look back at the year you have just had! It could be a review of the whole year, something special that happened or your favourite thing about the year, or maybe it's one you would rather forget! it's up to you!

2016 was a hard year for us- sure there were many wonderful things that occurred, but what sticks most to my mind was all the medical issues Ashlyn had. After not being able to execute an idea I had planned in my head for a year in review page, I decided to pick the only thing that was actually planned well ahead of time, which was Ashlyn's spinal fusion surgery to correct her scoliosis.

Ashlyn thought that adding the "seriously" to the title was necessary. ;)

It is wonderful to have this surgery behind us, although it has been a rough road for her. Modern medicine is pretty darn amazing. <3 p="">

I used the November Clique Kit for most of this, and bits and pieces from the October Clique kit.
